After you let us know your availability, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our volunteer coordinator about your attendance on a particular surgery day.  Staffing needs are dictated by patient volume, which varies from month to month. Surgery days are typically the third Sunday of the month, and there are no surgery days in December.
